KLF Developments was founded in 2012 and since then has gone from strength to strength. Our experience and skills allow us to create outstanding properties from design right through to completion.

We do not use main building contractors, but instead build every home with our own established team. This allows us to control all aspects of the build, especially the quality and finish.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and the relationships we build with every buyer.

Our aim is to create homes that are both stylish and practical for the future homeowners, and we are dedicated to making the whole process as smooth as possible.

THE KLF TEAM

JOSH FALLA

Director

Josh joined KLF in 2013 and oversees all our developments from start to finish.

His role within KLF extends from design to finance, and is responsible for delivering our homes on time, on budget and to the company’s extremely high standards.

CHRIS FALLA

Founder & Director

Chris co-founded KLF back in 2012 with his wife Karen, and brings over 20 years’ experience in construction and property development.

With an established team, he now focuses on the company's continued growth and development.

KAREN FALLA

Founder & Director

The other co-founder of KLF Developments, Karen was previously a successful proofreader, giving her an extraordinary eye for detail.

Karen focuses on all the administrative work, as well as being involved with the management of the company's finances and assets.

LUCY FALLA

Land & Sales Manager

Previously a successful estate agent in Poole for over 7 years, Lucy joined the team in 2018 to head up our land and sales department.

She is responsible for identifying new opportunities and meeting land owners, as well as managing our sales and customer care.

JAMES WEBB

Project Manager

Before joining the KLF team in 2018, James had a successful carpentry business for over 10 years. He has now come on board with KLF full time to see our developments through from start to finish.

James is our project manager, applying his wealth of skill and experience on every project.

ALEX CONWAY

Site Carpenter

Alex, formerly James Webb’s apprentice, is now a fully qualified carpenter and works full time across all our developments.

Our dedicated carpenter, he carries out everything from the initial timber frame to second fixing and bespoke detailing.

Joe walker

Site Supervisor

Joe joined KLF right at the start, and has worked on every development to date. His skill set is extensive and there isn't much that he can't do!

An experienced plasterer, carpenter, groundworker and landscaper, Joe brings a wealth of experience to each development.

TIM O’CONNELL

Skilled Site Staff

Tim has been with us since 2017, and came from a commercial drilling and piling background having worked all over the world.

With a vast experience in groundworks, Tim is involved with all our projects from the start and revels in the jobs that require power and stickability.

LOUIS STRONG

Site Manager

Louis joined us in 2021 to help with our growing number of sites. As well as years of experience as a site manager, Louis is also a fully qualified and extremely skilled carpenter.

BEN RUMBLE

Carpentry Apprentice

Ben joined us 2 years ago as part of his apprenticeship to become a fully qualified carpenter. Working underneath our site managers and qualified carpenters, Ben helps us across all aspects of the development.

SEBASTIAN MILES

Our most recent addition to the team, Seb joined us to learn everything there is about building and development. Already skilled in carpentry, landscaping and many other aspects of construction, Seb gets involved with all parts of our projects from start to finish.
